The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is planning a betterment project on SR 3014 in Centre County, State College Borough. This project includes reconstruction of roadway using base, binder, and wearing courses; drainage improvements involving pipes, inlets, and box culvert; water and sewer line work; concrete curbing, sidewalk, and detectable warning surfaces; traffic signals and supports; pavement markings; and miscellaneous construction. The contract will provide supplementary construction inspection and documentation services for the Centre County, SR 3014, Section 153 project. The Section 153 project is tentatively scheduled for a spring 2022 let. Additional information for this project will be provided at the Advertisement stage.
