This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of software licenses and maintenance for brand name CentraSite Active Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Software under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only written solicitation; quotes are being requested. Submit offers on HTC711-10-Q-D008. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24, dated 28 February 2008. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 443120 and the small business size is $9M. Per the Brand Name Justification, no brand name other than CentraSite Active SOA Software can provide the necessary capabilities to perform requirement.
