The State of Vermont, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), now known as HireAbility Vermont, is a statewide direct service organization within the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) in the Agency of Human Services (AHS), jointly hereafter “State.” DVR provides a wide range of employment-related services for people with significant disabilities. DVR is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to support the Division with a centralized intake process for DVR participants. The selected Contractor would support DVR in obtaining initial information from participants such as medical provider information, necessary releases of information to obtain documentation from providers, and other details required to make an appropriate eligibility determination.
