Guthrie Job Corps Center, operated by ResCare Inc., under contract J10F6OK016 with the Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration is seeking to Subcontract for the services of Center Dentist.

The Center Dentist will provide services not to exceed thirty-two (32) hours per week, during a schedule determined by the Center Dentist and the Manager of the Wellness Center to meet the health requirements of the center enrollees.

Period of Performance for this agreement extends from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Value of contract - $100,000 - $120,000.

There is an incumbent in place.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certifications, licensing or accreditation as required by the State of Oklahoma. Experience in providing dental care for adolescents and young adults. Provision of dental services to youths who are economically and socially disadvantaged. Previous practice in residential settings such as schools, colleges, institutions, military and correctional institutions.

Willingness and ability to carry out duties and responsibilities equal to those specified in the attached sub-contract.
