The City of Patterson Department of Engineering and Building Services is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Engineering and Design Services for the Centennial Park Project located at 225 N 9th Street in the City of Patterson in Stanislaus County. The City of Patterson is seeking individuals, teams, firms, or a combination thereof interested in providing engineering and design services for the Centennial Park Conceptual Designs, Final Design, and Community Center Preliminary Design. The conceptual and final designs will enable the city to have a shovel-ready project to implement when funding is available, whereas the Community Center preliminary design will establish Center size requirements based on preferred Center components for park planning purposes and architectural design alternatives. The City invites proposals that include engineering and design services by an appropriately licensed team to work under the direction of City Staff. The selected proposal will 1) exhibit experience in design of public infrastructure and public park design for municipal clients, 2) provide a full range of engineering and design services as they relate to federal and state guidelines (i.e. permits, plans, specifications, and estimates) 3) complete bid package for the entire project.
