CENTENNIAL MIDDLE SCHOOL & HAROLD OLIVER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOFING AND FLOORING PACKAGE Bids due 2:00 pm, May 20, 2021 REQUEST FOR BIDS Emerick Construction Co., performing services as the CM/GC contractor, is seeking competitive bids for the Centennial Middle School & Harold Oliver Elementary School Roofing and Flooring Package. The project has two jobsites; Oliver Elementary School located at 15840 SE Taylor St., Portland Or. and Centennial Middle School located at 17650 SE Brooklyn St., Portland Or. Bids are due on May 20th, 2021 at 2:00 PM local time at the offices of the CM/GC, Emerick Construction via email to [email protected], Fax 503-771-2933, or dropped off in person at 7855 SW Mohawk Street, Tualatin, OR 97062. The bids will be publicly received with repre sentatives of Centennial School District and Emerick Construction. Bid documents are available for review and download through the Emerick Construction Virtual Plan Room https://www.emerick.com/bidding or THE DJC PLANROOM 921 SW WASH INGTON ST., SUITE 210, PORTLAND, OR 97205. All bidders are advised to closely review sections the Harold Oliver & Centennial Middle School Roofing & Flooring Package Bid Instructions which include the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Packages, Bid Form, Insurance Require ments and Subcon tractor General Condi tions, as strict adherence to these sections is required. The work of this Project is anticipated to start on June 21, 2021 with substantial completion in September 03, 2021. A non-mandatory pre-bid for interested subcontractors will be held on May 12th at 3:00 pm at the project site(s) addresses located above. The project includes remodel portions to the existing facility and repair/replacement of roofing systems. Key scope areas for this early work bid package is hazardous abatement, polish concrete finishing, Repair/replacement of roofing systems, selective remodel of interior corridor finishes. This solicitation is for a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage). All bids shall comply with the require ments of Oregon Revised Statutes. Centennial School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to post pone the award of the contract for 60 days.
