THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The U.S. Government is issuing an RFQ to procure Cemetery Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for the United States Military Academy (USMA) located at West Point, NY. This requirement is being competed between capable service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs). The NAICS code is 812220 Cemeteries and Crematories with a small business size standard of $20.5M. The period of performance (PoP) will be for a base year and four (4) one-year options. The anticipated PoP for the base year is September 30, 2017 through September 29, 2018. Please see RFQ package for Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Quotes are due 31 May 2017 no later than (NLT) 1100 Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please see RFQ package for information to be provided with quotes in addition to pricing and evaluation factors for award.
