NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.  Interest in this announcement is to determine the availability and capability of a Small Business set aside program. Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB). The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified SB’s to include the following priority sequence. HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and other small businesses with their size classifications relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334220. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition RPSO-FL, on behalf of the American Embassy in San Salvador, El Salvador is seeking qualified and capable certified SB’s that may be interested in providing the items in the attached SOW. Please note that this research is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive bids/proposals and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Department. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their interest and ability to meet all requirements attached.  Must have local in country authorized provider and training partner to deliver training for extraction device for physical, logical and file system extractions in El Salvador and in Spanish without the use of a translator.   SUBMISSON REQUIREMENTS: Only SB’s are to submit capability packages. The capability packages for this sources sought market survey are not proposals, but rather statements regarding the company’s existing experience in relation to the requirement. Interested SB’s capable of meeting the above requirements are invited to submit a Capabilities Package, not exceeding 3 pages, must include at a minimum the following information:  1.     Company name, Company Address, DUNS number, and POC information. 2.     Relevant NAICS codes. 3.     SB status. 4.     Relevant past performance / experience with provide maintenance and support in El Salvador in Spanish.    5.     Product Information General affirmations of interest will not be considered in our set-aside decision. Only Capability Statements addressing the above-mentioned requirements will be considered.
