48 CONS is advertising its' intent to post the RFQ on or around 21 Nov 2014, for a requirement for cell phone services at RAF Lakenheath. The duration of the contract is prescribed as a (9) nine month period of performance from 01 Jan 2015 to 30 September 2015 with (2) one year option period of performance from 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2017. This will be issued under full and open competition procedures, with an anticipated award date of 31 December 2014.
