The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratory Located in Ames, IA, 50010 intends to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order with Nexcelom Bioscience LLC, 360 Merrimack St, Lawrence MA 01843 DUNNS 146063289, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). 

No formal solicitation will be issued.
