The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase and installation of four (4) CEIA MDAR Video Recorders/cameras on existing CEIA 02PN20 Metal Detectors. Additional equipment includes but is not limited to; four (4) AMSIM3Plus modules and MDAR software applications. The locations are two (2) federal buildings in Dallas, TX. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance is 30 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management at such time as the government is prepared to make an award.
