The City of Davenport is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to remodel office spaces, as well as furnish and install office cubicles and associated furniture at City Hall, 226 W 4th St, Davenport, Iowa 52801. Installation will be a redesign of the space currently used by Community & Economic Development on the 2nd floor. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 1:00 PM CST at the City Hall 2nd Floor Large Conference Room. Vendors must login to the e-bidding system in order to submit a proposal. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of proposals will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies, or any other method will be accepted. All questions must be submitted electronically via the Questions tab of the RFP.
