Under the Authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, the U.S. Census Bureau intends to enter into a sole source simplified acquisition with Corporate Executive Board (CEB) for enrollment for Enterprise Architecture Executive Council (EAEC) membership, for a period of one year.  The membership grants the Bureau a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Program's membership materials solely for Member's internal business purposes.  Membership materials may consist of publications, surveys, websites, teleconferences, meetings, and other CEB materials and services.  This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals.  No solicitation document is available. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. All inquires mus be submitted via email to [email protected].  If no affirmative written response is received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract willbe issued to CEB without further notice.
