The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize simplified acquisition procedures to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Shock Tech, Inc. (Shock Tech) for the procurement of 172 Local Common Electronics Modules (LCEM)  v4.0 Shock Mount Kits, which consist of the following components in each kit:

Shock Isolators (P/N: 8729620) – QTY 8

Machine Screws (P/N: MS24693-C271) – QTY 32

Machine Screws (P/N: MS24693-C272) – QTY 32

Shock Tech developed and manufactured the custom shock isolation mounts required for the LCEM v4.0 application and is the only source of supply for these specific shock isolators.
