The purpose of this Amendment is to change the submission date from 3 January 2017 to 21 December 2016 by 11:00 AM EST.  There are no other changes associated with this solicitation. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. No other solicitation will be issue. The solicitation number is S5121A-17-T-0001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract (FFP) without discussions. This solicitation is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, size standard $32.5 million. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The Defense Contact Management Agency (DCMA) intends to procure conference space and lodging in support of the DCMA Commercial Items Group in the Wright Patterson Air Force Base geographical area. Please refer to the attached solicitation S5121A-17-T-0001 for additional information.
