The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all permits, materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install, complete in place, renovations for the Senter Park Recreation Center located at 901 Senter RD, Irving TX 75060, with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. The City of Irving (the “City”) is contracting for renovations for the Senter Park Recreation Center, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. New west gym ceiling panels and new lighting and ceiling tiles for the 1st and 2nd floor areas. The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be installed in the following locations in the City of Irving: Senter Recreation Center, 901 Senter RD, Irving, TX 75060 Attendance at the pre-bid meeting to be held at the Senter Rec Center on November 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. is not mandatory. Site visit times can be scheduled as described in the Project Overview document. In the case of a CSP, any hard copy requirements will be identified in the specifications under Contents of Proposal.
