The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for 3 each of a 69kV nominal, single phase, primary 40, 250-VL-G 350kV BIL coupling capacitor voltage transformer metering/relaying accuracy, dual secondary windings 600/350:1 & 600:350:1 ratios per attached specification.
