Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Beverage Pouring & Vending Services to the College of Coastal Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. The College of Coastal Georgia is seeking a nationally acclaimed, high-visibility beverage brand provider to procure sole rights and exclusive pour privileges for the College¿s beverage dispensing and vending operations at the main Brunswick campus, the Camden Center campus in Kingsland, and the off-site housing facility in Brunswick. The College is requesting proposals that would establish an Agreement of up to five (5) years, consisting of an initial one-year term and up to four (4) optional one-year renewals. Mandatory Offeror's Conference and Site Tour Coastal will hold a mandatory Offeror's Conference and walk-through of the campus¿s most frequently visited locations on Monday, August 26th, 2024 at 9:30am.
