Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ), firm fixed-price, hardware contract. This action is to provide surge support for build-to-print component requirements through fabrication and manufacturing for the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Ground Vehicle System Center (GVSC). The NAICS codes for this action are 332999 - All other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, and 336992 - Military Armored Vehicle, Tank, and Tank Component Manufacturing.

The contract performance period for the proposed MA IDIQ(s) will consist of a base year and four option years, not to exceed five years. The solicitation will be set-aside for women owned small businesses (WOSB) only.

The approximate solicitation release date is July 8, 2019. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies of the solicitation will not be provided. Vendors wanting an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov.

The solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is the responsibility of any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain and respond to any amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
