The scope of this procurement is for the contractor to design and supply all hardware and software for a replacement compressor antisurge and performance control system. The system shall control 12 axial flow compressors which comprise the Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) Propulsion Wind Tunnel (PWT) Plenum Evacuation System (PES).  The Contractor shall supply new controllers for each of the compressors to perform performance control and compressor antisurge protection. The compressor antisurge and performance control system shall interface with existing process control instrumentation, existing control valves, and with an existing GE Rx3i PES Supervisory Controller. The Government/AEDC will install the hardware. The Contractor shall commission and checkout the control system at Arnold Air Force Base, TN.
