The Internal Revenue Service, Procurement Telecommunications Branch intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ImmixTechnology, Inc. for Converys software upgrades which shall consists of software patch releases and minor revision level (dot) releases. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. Based on the requirements of this Solicitation, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government anticipates an award by August 31, 2015.
