A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB, VA hereby gives a notice of intent to award this acquisition as a sole source award to CBT Nuggets, LLC, 1550 Valley River Drive, Eugene, OR 97401 for the purchase of Eighty (80) Each Employee User License per year; 3-Year (base year plus two option years). CBT Nuggets offers a complete, self-paced IT training solution with secure delivery. It provides multi-faceted training; meets all IT training needs with a single provider. Provides engaged and interactive online training that uses research-based educational strategies designed to improve deep learning and retention. Provides access to over 200 courses, test prep resources, and practice exams included with all streaming subscriptions. The government intends to execute a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before Monday, 10 June 2019, at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
