This is a notice of intent (NOI) to inform industry of the Government's intent to execute a Single Source award under FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), with Immediate Response Technologies. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR Subpart13.106-1(b)(1) allowing the Contracting Officer to solicit from one source. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award and an anticipated award date is set for 8/31/2017.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112, and Small Business Administration size standard for this sector is 1,000 employees. The FSC is 4240. Per FAR 5.207(16)(i), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
