INTRODUCTION The City of Cocoa Beach is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for supplying all material, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of a new irrigation system on the Cocoa Beach Golf Course, located at 5000 Tom Warriner Blvd. Cocoa Beach Fl. The requirements and specifications for the installation of this system shall be performed in accordance with the attached requirements and specifications provided by The Pignato Group, Inc. and described in Drawing Number CBCC-231016-IRR1, pages 1-11 (EXHIBIT F). Any reasonable work required, however not included in the scope of work, shall be considered necessary and should be provided to satisfactorily complete the scope of work.
