The work for this project consists of improvements to the town's wastewater treatment facility including but not limited to the following: demolition of the existing aeration equipment within the lagoons, removal dewatering and disposal of Lagoon sludge in all three lagoons, installation of a new in Lagoon aeration system, demolition of the existing hazardous gas aeration system cleaning equipment, demolition of three existing blowers, installation of three new blowers and controls, installation of three floating mechanical Lagoon mixers and controls, and installation of a dissolved oxygen monitoring and pacing system.
