Requirement shall consist of the offeror providing numerous single point connections for various customers. Each connection shall be able to be controlled by the singular connection. Minimum channels per connection shall be 35. Core channels required are:

All infrastructure, cabling, connections, receivers shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Number of connections vary per month. The contractor shall be responsible for timely connection/removal of service. Dishes are limited to 4.0 feet in diameter.
