This is a Sources Sought Synopsis in support of Market Research being conducted to identify all potential providers for Catholic Priest services, and to determine if this effort should be competed full and open, or as a small business set aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)code is 813110 - Religious Organizations, with a corresponding small business size standard of $7,000,000.00. The government will use any information gained from this notice to determine the best acquisition strategy for this requirement.

Firms responding to this sources sought notice are also required to provide 4 CONS with capability statements, which must include the following at a minimum:
