The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Petersburg, Hopewell, Virginia, intends to enter into a sole-source procurement with the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, Richmond, Virginia.  This requirement is for the provision of Catholic Priest Services.  This proposed award is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  It is our determination that this requirement can only be met by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond.  The NAICS code is 813110.
