This is a sources sought in support of a market research survey being conducted by the 11th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10 - Market Research, to determine interest and capabilities of potential sources to prove for the requirement listed below.

This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract.  The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis.  The intent for this notice is to identify potential offeror capability to provide, under the direction of the Wing Chaplain, for the religious and spiritual needs of the Air force and their families, support individual rights under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and provide an opportunity for everyone to freely exercise their religious beliefs. 

Interested sources capable of providing this requirement must respond by e-mail to [email protected] referencing "Catholic Priest" no later than 19 June 2017 at 12:00 PM EST.

Interested sources shall indicate whether they are capable of providing the subject requirement, how long after issuance of a purchase order would it take to complete the requirement, and furthermore indicate their business size and status (i.e., small business, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.). 

No other information is required at this time. Based upon the responses received, the Government will determine the set-aside method for the procurement.  An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice.  This source sought synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); it is market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources.
