Synopsis Description Section:

This announcement constitutes public notice of intent to purchase Catholic Priest Services on a sole source basis from the Catholic Diocese of Wichita 424 N Broadway ST, Wichita, KS 67202. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with the authority of the Services Acquisition Reform Act of 2003 (41 U.S.C. 428a). Interested persons may respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. All Catholic Priests must be attached to either a Religious Order or a Catholic Diocese. If you have information to the contrary or a service that you believe will meet this requirement, please submit sufficient information for the government to evaluate the proposed service. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 813110 and has a size standard of $7 Million. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement. Any responses to this notice must contain sufficient data to allow for adequate evaluation to determine if the response is able to meet the requirement.
