This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award to Ms. Katherine Steinke, 3300 S Tarmac Dr C-105 Denver, CO 80231. The award will be made by contract modification to extend the period of performance on the current Firm Fixed Price contract (FA2543-07-P-0034) which expires 5 June 2011. The required services include 25 units (1.5 hours per unit) of piano and/or organ accompaniment to the Catholic Worship Program on Buckley AFB CO. The period of performance is 6 Jun 2011 - 30 Sep 2011. The extension of services clause 52.217-8 was included in the current contract, the potential four (4) month period of extended performance was not required to be priced and therefore not evaluated as a part of the award for the current Catholic Musician contract. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition.
