This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to acquire Catholic Musician services for the Catholic Music Program at the Base Chapel on Buckley AFB CO. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, and services for a Catholic Musician to the Base Chapel. North American Industrial Classification System Code 711130 and size standard of $7.0 Million. The Period of Performance 15 Sep 2011 through 14 Sep 2012, plus three (3) option periods. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ approximately 27 Jun 2011 with an anticipated closing dated of 27 Jul 2011. No paper copies will be issued. Contract Award will be made on all or nothing basis. Contractor shall propose on all items to be considered responsive.
