The service provider shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, coordination, and transportation necessary to perform non-personal services for contract Roman Catholic Deacon Services for the Catholic Community who worship at Soldiers Memorial Chapel on Fort Carson. The contractor shall work independently and shall not be subject to the supervision or control of the Government. The contractor works independently in accordance with the attached performance work statement.
