The purpose for this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Catering Services (food and beverage) for patrons of the Sanborn Center, with the exception of simple or prepared food items (continental breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, party trays, etc.) City sponsored events and/or Sanborn Center sponsored events.
