The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for statewide Debt Collection Services and Skip Tracing Service. The State of Wisconsin as represented by the Department of Administration intends to use the result of this solicitation to establish one statewide contract for state agencies, UW campuses and local governments. NOTE: This solicitation has five separate sourcing events: 1. Category 1: Department of Revenue Accounts - Debt Collection Services and Skip Tracing Service 2. Category 2: State Public Defender Indigent Defendant Accounts - Debt Collection Services and Skip Tracing Service 3.
