REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES St. Croix County Fairgrounds (Glenwood City, WI) FEMA Community Safe Room Responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Architectural & Engineering Services for the St. Croix County Fairgrounds FEMA Community Safe Room will be received on behalf of the City of Glenwood City, WI, the project sponsor, by Craig Johnson of the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Friday May 14, 2021. The project, which is supported in large part by a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, is for the design and construction of a Community Safe Room (2,541 gross s.f.) at the St. Croix County Fairgrounds located within the City of Glenwood City, WI. Each submittal must respond to all the items in the RFP and will be evaluated on the following six criteria: 1) Qualifications, 2) Work Plan, 3) Project Approach, 4) Key Personnel, 5) Comparable Projects, 6) Fee Breakdown. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the entire RFP process for Architectural & Engineering Services for this project will take place virtually.
