The Air Force District Washington/Enterprise Division (AFDW/PKEA), intends to issue a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award to Warfield-Rohr Casket Co, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-2 using the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2). The requirement is for Caskets and Urns for a period of six months, under the NAICS code 339995. Place of delivery: Dover AFB, DE. Any responsible offeror that can provide the stated supplies/equipment can submit documents demonstrating their product capability, technical specifications defined in the Statement of Work, and availability of the item(s) for delivery after receipt of Call. Information of capability should be submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. The Government will review submitted product capability; however, the Government reserves the right whether to compete the requirement or not. The critical factors to determine for technical acceptability is the technical specifications and the availability of the item for delivery two days after receipt of the Call. The BPA award is
contemplated on or about 16 Nov 2011.
