The bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter in Conference Room 2A. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $1,500,000. [email protected]. The apparent low bidder will be required to have the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 at 10:00am,at the drilling site near the south east corner of the North Gresham Elementary School Property 1001 SE 217th Ave, Gresham, OR 97030 (see Exhibit A). This Project is for a public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This project is a Federal Aid project and subject to prevailing wage rate requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). Each workers in each trade or occupation that the contractor, subcontractor, or other person who is a party to the contract uses in performing all or part of the contract, must be paid not less than the higher of the applicable state or federal prevailing rate of wage. The applicable state or federal prevailing wage rate for this project shall be the most current wage rates published before the date of bid opening.
