The 2020 Carroll Water Distribution Main Replacements Project includes segments along N Crawford Street from 3rd Street to the Union Pacific Railroad and continuing east to N Carroll Street, N West Street from 3rd Street to the Union Pacific Railroad, South Whitney Street from 1st Street to S Crawford Street, S Court Street from Bluff Street to Raccoon Creek and N East Street from 2nd Street to 3rd Street. Specific improvements include new water main (trenched and directional bore), fire hydrants, valves, and appurtenances. Additional improvements include driveway and sidewalk replacement, seeding, mulching, and fertilizing. This project will follow the current SUDAS design standards as well as the City of Carroll Supplemental Specifications.
