The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all work in accordance with Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. Work Includes removing carpet, installing carpet, and providing labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the replacement of the flooring materials. The required work will be in Building 5203 on Dyess AFB. See attached documents for site visit, questions deadline, and further details.

A site visit will be conducted on Friday, February 28, 2020 on Dyess AFB at 10:00 AM CST. Offerors will meet at the Visitor Control Center located at the main gate of Dyess AFB. Dyess AFB is not an open base and attendees must have a valid ID or contractor pass to access the base.

Questions are due by 3 March 2020 at 4:30 PM CST. Answers will be made available through Beta.Sam by 5 March 2020 at 4:30 PM CST. No further questions will be addressed on this project after this date.
