A) Your firm is invited to submit an offer to owner for corridor painting projects located at Dye Elementary School, 1174 South Graham Rd, Flint, Michigan and Randels Elementarty School, 6022 Brobeck St, Flint, Michigan before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 9th day of December 2022 at the office of Carmen-Ainsworth Schools, G-3475 W. Court St, Flint, Michigan 48532. B) Project Description: Provide labor, material, equipment, related services, and supervision required, including, but not limited to, application of high performance coatings as required for the corridor painting throughout entire building at Dye Elementary School and Randels Elementary Schoolwith alternates for door and framepainting in each building. C) And as shown on the drawings and as herein specified. D) A Pre-Bid condference will be conducted for prime bidders and other interested parties on November 29, 2022, at 4:00 pm. Bidders shall assemble at the office of Carmen-Ainsworth Dye Elementary School.
