The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition, Norfolk, VA on behalf of the National Weather Service (NWS) is soliciting a requirement to perform the full service preventative maintenance on the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition (HVAC) system at the Caribou Weather Forecast Office in Caribou Maine and the Radar Data Site in Hodgdon, Maine. Provide all labor, material and equipment in accordance with the attached Statements of Work.

This RFQ is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, which has a corresponding size standard of $14,000,000.00 or less.

Solicitation number EA-133W-14-RQ-0129 issued February 13, 2014 and will close February 20, 2014 At 3;00 pm EST.

The total period of performance for all work specified in the Statement of Work Specification is From March 1, 2014 through February 28, 2017.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is on or about February 12, 2014.
