Carey Group Sole Source The Carey Group provides training and materials for Specific Evidence Based Practices. Wisconsin Department of Corrections adopted Evidence Based Practices and starting training it in FY17. Continued training is needed to maintain a trained workforce and enhance the skills of the staff. The Carey Group is the proprietary owner of the Carey Guides and other materials used in the training and used within the DOC.
