The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Brunswick (Glynco), Georgia, need to procure the following items:

Die-cut Cardboard Target Backers, Medium, 24.5x45  - Cardboard specifications:  single wall, ECT 44, c flute, vertical cut.  Total quantity needed 66,500 with shipments of 9500 per month.  The first shipment to be delivered as soon as possible after award is made.  Shipment Dates:  as soon after award as possible; May 15, 2008; June 15, 2008;
July 15, 2008; August 15, 2008; September 15, 2008; and September 29, 2008.   

Die-cut CardboardTarget Backers, Small,  14.5x45  target backers - Cardboard specifications:  single wall, ECT 44, c flute, vertical cut.  Total quantity needed 17,500 with shipments of 2500 per month.  The first shipment to be delivered as soon as possible after award is made.  Shipment Dates:  as soon after award as possible; May 15, 2008; June 15, 2008; July 15, 2008; August 15, 2008; September 15, 2008; and September 29, 2008.  

Request the target backers be shipped at least 1000 per pallet and commercially strapped.  FOB Destination.  The Zip Code for shipping purposes is 31524.

 FAR Clauses 52.212-4and 52.212-5 are applicable to this synopsis/solicitation.  The following clauses are also applicable :  52-222-21, 52.222-26, 52-222-36, and 52.232-33.  These clauses may be viewed in full text at:  http://www.acqnet.gov/far.  Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (www.bpn.gov) to be eligible for this award.
