CITY OF TIGARDCARAHSOFT, FOR QUESTICA BUDGETING SOFTWARE INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH CARAHSOFTPursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279A.205 (Cooperative Procurements) and Tigard Public Contracting Rule 10.087, this Public Notice is for the purpose of taking comments on the City's intent to enter into a contract with Carahsoft, for Questica Budgeting Software. This purchase is being procured through a permissive cooperative contract administered by NASPO. The estimated amount over the five-year contract is $407,920.35. Firms who would otherwise be prospective bidders, must submit comments, within seven days from the date of this publication. Comments must be received by the City via email to [email protected] by 2:00 p.m. on October 30, 2024. The City will respond to comments submitted by the deadline and make a written determination whether the Cooperative Procurement described herein is in the best interest of the City.
