The Forest Service is seeking a concessionaire partner for the Capulin Snow Play Area under authority of a special use permit.  The Capulin Snow Play Area is located on the Sandia Ranger District of the Cibola National Forest, off of New Mexico Highway 536.

The Prospectus can be down loaded from http://www.fs.usda.gov/main/cibola/passes-permits/other Detailed information on this business opportunity, Forest Service concession program and policies, special use permit, application and post-selection requirements will be available in the Prospectus.  This website will also serve as the main source for all Prospectus related information and updates, including detailed information on the recreation facilities.

Applications submitted in response to the prospectus are subject to cost recovery pursuant to 36 CFR 251.58(c)(1)(ii) and (c)(3)(iii).  Applicants must submit an initial process fee of $100.00 to cover the cost of the prospectus and review of the application.

Complete applications (with fee payable to the USDA Forest Service) must be submitted to Cibola National forest, Attnetion:  Rober Heiar, 11776 Hwy. 337, Tijeras, NM 87059.  Applicants will have 45 days to prepare and submit applications.
