The Department of Commerce, National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration Eastern Region Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request of Quotations (RFQ) for a firm, fixed price purchase order for Captain services at the Gerry E. Studds Stellwagen NMS, Scituate, MA 02066 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13. The RFQ will be issued on or about July 27, 2009 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
