3:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is Monday, 31 August 2015. Please do not

IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov.
BASIS OF AWARD: Award will be made on the Total Evaluated Price (TEP). TEP will
be the total of all the CLINs. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal meets the
requirements of the RFQ and has the lowest total TEP. TEP will also be evaluated for
reasonableness and balance.
