The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement to supply and transport Caprines to Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. 

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 112420, size standard $750K and could result in one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award(s).  

This RFP shall be issued using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.  USASOC intends to award on a competitive basis.  Interested vendors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award.  Information regarding this registration can be found at http://www.sam.gov.   Offerors will be required to complete the Representations and Certifications in SAM in response to this requirement.

Proposals are due at HQ, USASOC, Attn:  AOCO, E2929 Desert Storm Drive, Fort Bragg, NC  28310 not later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST),  21 August 2015.  Email submissions will be accepted at [email protected]. 

Questions concerning this acquisition shall be submitted in writing and emailed to the [email protected] no later than 4 p.m. EST, 07 August 2015.  All answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation.  Any amendments that may be issued will be published on this website the same as this Synposis/Solicitation.  Offerors are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued.  No individual notification of any amendment will be provided.   Due to the unreliability of email, it is the contractor's responsibility to ensure email request have been received by the Contract Specialist.
