LINE ITEM 0001, Are we to include shade fabric tops?

Answer 1:
LINE ITEM 0001, No, the shade fabric tops are not included, and in good shape. Price should include cost for removal/re-install shade fabric tops and to be stored in a Government facility during removal of old canopy frames and installation of new canopy farmes. The contractor shall re-install the shade fabric tops upon completion of the installation of the canopy frame structures.

LINE ITEM 0002, Does the removal of the existing canopy frame structures include the removal and disposal of concrete footings?
